Abstract

Penelitian ini beijudul “Pengaruh Latihan Pasing ke Tembok terhadap kemampuan pasing atas pada permainan bola voli siswa putra kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Cahaya Alam Kabupaten Muara Enim“. Permasalahan yang diangkat Pengaruh latihan Pasing ke Tembok terhadap kemampuan pasing atas, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan pasing atas pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP negeri 2 Cahaya Alam Kabupaten Muara Enim? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan pasing ke Tembok terhadap kemampuan pasing atas siswa putra SMP Negeri Cahaya Alam kabupaten Muara enim. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 2 Cahaya Alam Kabupaten Muara enim, jumlah sampel penelitian ini 60 siswa putra menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Sebagai kelas eksprimen yang diberi perlakuan latihan naik Pasing ke Tembok dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan yaitu Pasing ke Tembok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes awal dan tes akhir. Sedankangkan teknik analisis data mengunakan Program komputer SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutiori) Uji t Hasil penelitian menujukan adanya peningkatan rata-rata hasil pasing atas siswa kelompok eksperimen dari sekor rata-rata tes awal 23% berubah menjadi 35% (rata-rata pasing atas siswa). Rata-rata pasing atas kelompok kontrol 23%, sedangkan tes akhir yang diperoleh adalah 27%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol terhadap kemampuan pasing atas siswa putra SMP Negeri 2 Cahaya Alam.
