Abstract

Indicators in regional financial management consist of regional financial capability, regional financial autonomy, and regional expenditure, so regional financial management must be implemented with effective and efficient principles to affect poverty alleviation. This study aims to analyze the effect of regional financial capability, regional financial autonomy, and regional expenditure on poverty in North Musi Rawas Regency and Musi Banyuasin Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data from 2015-2020. The analysis technique that is used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that regional financial capability and regional financial autonomy has no significant effect on poverty in North Musi Rawas Regency and Musi Banyuasin Regency. Regional expenditure has no significant effect on poverty in North Musi Rawas Regency, but regional expenditure has a significant effect on poverty in Musi Banyuasin Regency.
