Abstract

Stroke sering menjadi masalah yang berat baik bagi penderita maupun keluarga. Faktor risiko stroke dibagi menjadi faktor risiko stroke yang dapat diubah, sindroma metabolik dan kebiasaan merokok, dan tidak dapat diubah, jenis kelamin, umur dan juga riwayat keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko stroke non hemoragik dan stroke hemoragik. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode observasi dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien rawat inap di RSMH departemen neurologi diagnosa stroke hemoragik atau stroke non hemoragik dan bersedia menjadi responden. Jumlah sampel didapatkan sebanyak 55 responden. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan kejadian stroke hemoragik adalah 16orang(29%) dan stroke non hemoragik adalah 39orang(71%). Faktor risiko stroke hemoragik: usia 65 18orang(56%), perempuan 24orang(62%), ada riwayat keluarga 12orang(31%), hipertensi 32(82%), obesitas 14orang(36%), LDL tinggi 6orang(15%), HDL rendah 9orang(23%), trigliserida tinggi 25orang(64%), total kolesterol tinggi 11 orang(28%), dislipidemia 34orang(87%), DM tipe 2 5orang(13%), merokok 13orang(33%), minum alkohol 4orang(10%), mendengkur 22orang(56%), riwayat TIA 16orang(41%), penyakit jantung lorang(2%), pengguna kontrasepsi oral lorang(4%), pengguna narkoba, TBC, AIDS, Shypilis, pengguna sulih hormone masing-masing 0%. Simpulan: Faktor risiko stroke didapat pada non hemoragik dan non hemoragik yaitu berjeniskelamin perempuan, hipertensi, obesitas, dislipidemia, merokok, sleep apnea, TIA, keluarga, DM, alkohol, penyakit jantung.
