Abstract

Tubektomi adalah metode kontrasepsi dengan tindakan operatif. Angka kegagalan tubektomi 35 tahun (n=245;58,8%), agama Islam (n=362;86,8%), bertempat tinggal di Palembang (n=294;70,5%), pendidikan menengah (n=201;48,2%), ibu rumah tangga atau tidak bekeija (n=90;21,6%), multigravida (n=245;58,8%), multipara (n=276;66,2%), tidak pernah abortus (n=323;77,5%), tubektomi pascapersalinan (n=348;83,5%), metode laparotomi (n=203;48,7%), penutupan tuba cara Pomeroy (n=383;91,8%), anestesi regional spinal (n=175;42%), dan asuransi pemerintah (n=324;77,7%). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi data dasar penelitian selanjutnya dan menjadi acuan dalam menentukan kebijakan, evaluasi, dan perbaikan program keluarga berencana terutama pada sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan data di Klinik Keluarga Berencana Rumah Sakit dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Kata Kunci: Tuba uterina, kontrasepsi, tubektomi
