Abstract

This study aims to describe the z-score value and to determine the impacts of the z-score value on stock return in subsector companies of textile and garment listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all in subsector companies of textile and garment listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2020, which are 21 companies, with 12 companies as the research samples. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that in subsector companies of textile and garment listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2020 on average have the potential grey area and the z-score value had a positive and significant impact towards stock return.
