Abstract
The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia that look place in 2020 made social interaction limited because distance restrictions had to be carried out to prevent rapid transmission, on the other hand there is one of the diseases with the 5th most sufferers in the world, namely Tuberculosis (TB) where sufferers are required to receive treatment. and regular monitoring. Based on the above conditions, the interaction of information technology becomes a very effective alternative and results in harmonization between technology and the world of health to be very close and optimal. Information technology is one of the solutions by creating a system that can assist in monitoring the patient's condition, consulting, and routine monitoring of the health team. The system to be built is based on android and web applications to make the system flexible and easy to use by using internet sources and applying the Geographic Information system (GIS) feature to track the houses of pulmonary TB patients. The application is built using the Extreme Programming method. The application that is built can also monitor patient data and can also schedule consultations between patients and doctors in order to reduce crowds and also patients can conduct online consultations. Based on the results of usability testing, namely filling out questionnaires from several respondents from the Sukaraya Public Health Center, an average result of 96.4% of respondents felt strongly agreed in the application of the system, which means the system can meet the needs such as in the problem analysis process. The results of this study are the development of an information system that can monitor the health status of pulmonary TB patients and also schedule and can show the location of the patient's home with an application called "P-ACTION (Puskemas-Action)".
