Abstract

The purpose of the reseach is to analyze the effect of Total Asset Turnover, Net Profit Margin and Sales Growth to Firm Value with Return On Assets as intervening variable whether it is direct or indirect. There are 44 companies of property and real estate sector as a population in this study and 30 companies of property and real estate sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as a sample selected by using purposive sampling method during the period 2013-2016. Analytical technique which is used in this research is path analysis. The result shows that Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin does have a significant positive effect to Firm Value, while Sales Growth has a significant negative effect to Firm Value. Return On Assets as an intervening variable mediates the effect of Total Asset Turnover, Net Profit Margin and Sales Growth to Firm Value
