Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur bagaimana variabel pendidikan, okupasi, kompetensi dan pengalaman kerja dapat mempengaruhi upah pekerja pada Bank Syariah di Palembang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer pada tahun 2021, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang karyawan yang bekerja di Bank Syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Pendidikan dan Pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap upah pekerja pada Bank Syariah di Palembang. Sementara variabel Okupasi dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap upah pekerja pada Bank Syariah di Palembang.
