Abstract

Pregnancy for primigravida is something experience new can cause anxiety. This anxiety accours due to the lack of knowledge and information obtained by primigravida pregnant woman. These problems can be prevented by providing knowledge in the form of information about pregnancy and providing interventions regarding anxiety coping techniques by utilizing internet technology so that pregnant woman can still get education anywhere and anytime. Study this aim for knowing the effect of JSPS Self-Healthy Childbirth) website based application regarding the management of anxiety on changes the level of anxiety in primigravida pregnant woman. Study this is study pre-experimental design without existence group control with design one group pre-post test design. Technique taking sample use total sampling with amount sample of 14 respondents. Data was collected using the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) questionnaire wich was found on the JSPS website application to see the difference in the level of anxiety of respondents before and after using the application. The results analysis bivariate with use test Marginal Homogeinity obtained p value 0.000 means there is significant difference Among worry before and after use JSPS website application. This application is recommended for pregnant woman who feels anxious, especially primigravida mothers because it is easy to use, can add information and can screen anxiety levels.
