Abstract

PT. Sandika Antara Nikan is a form of company that is engaged in services and procurement of goods covering the development and construction sectors. The number of criteria needed in determining the winner of the project Mitra made it difficult for the committee in terms of recapitulation so that in the end, by means of previous calculations, the administrative selection stage took up to 2 months. In addition, the conventional assessment can lead to dissatisfaction with the services of consultants and contractors with the evaluation carried out by the committee. Therefore, the implementation of a decision support system using the SMART method for selecting Mitra winners is carried out, because in addition to the many assessments and criteria, there are quite a number of participants who are interested in Mitras, so that with large data it is feared that an error will occur in the assessment. In addition, the time required by the committee long enough.
