Abstract

Dermatitis seboroik (DS) merupakan inflamasi dematosis kronik dan terkena pada area yang banyak kelanjar sebasea. Angka kejadian dermatitis seboroik pada populasi sebesar 1-3%. Belum banyak penelitian tentang DS dan belum ada data terbaru tentang dermatitis seboroik di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui angka kejadian dan karakteristik dermatitis seboroik di RSUP MH periode Januari 2011 sampai Agustus 2012 Penelitian epidemiologi retrospektif yang bersifat deskriptif, dilakukan di Poliklinik Ilmu Kesehatan Kulit dan Kelamin dan di Instalasi Rekam Medik RSUP MH, dengan cara melihat data rekam medik pasien dermatitis seboroik yang tercatat pada rekam medik pada tanggal 1 Januari 2011 hingga 31 Agustus 2012. Prevalensi DS periode Januari 2011 sampai Agustus 2012 sebesar 2,63% dengan jumlah kasus sebanyak 299 kasus. Kejadian DS tertinggi terjadi pada interval usia 54-62 tahun sebesar 33,1%, diikuti pada interval usia 63-71 tahun (21,7%), 63-71 tahun (13,7%), 72-80 tahun (11%), 36-44 tahun (5,7%), 0-8 tahun (5,4%), 18-26 tahun (5%), 9-17 tahun (2%), 27-35 (1,7%), terendah pada interval usia 81-89 tahun (0,7%). Perbandingan antara laki-laki sebanyak 177 orang (59,2 %), dengan perempuan 122 orang (40,8 %). Area lesi terbanyak adalah wajah sebesar (63,4 %). Pasien DS dengan letak lesi lebih dari satu sebesar 59,8 % lebih banyak dari pasien dengan 1 area lesi (40,5%). Dermatitis seboroik paling sering terjadi pada interval usia 54- 62 tahun. Laki-laki lebih sering dibandingkan dengan perempuan. Wajah merupakan area lesi terbanyak yang diserang. Lebih dari setengah pasien DS memiliki lesi lebih dari satu area. area Kata kunci: Dermatitis, Seboroik, Angka Kejadian
