Abstract

Abstract According to the ILO (2003), every day an average of 6000 people die due to illness and work accidents or 2.2 million people per year. As many as 350,000 people per year of them die due to work accidents. The government has enacted Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, specifically articles 77 to 85. Article 77 paragraph 1, Law No. 13/2003 obliges every entrepreneur to implement the provisions on working hours. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at PT PLN (Persero) Keramasan. For employees with 5 working days in 1 week, their obligation to work is 8 hours in 1 day and 40 hours in 1 week. And the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors related to employee fatigue at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Region. This research method uses a research design that is researched and analyzed in this study, the scope of the object of research determined by the author in accordance with the problems to be studied is the effect of work fatigue on company employees. The results of the uni-variate analysis itself produced as many as 16 people who experienced work fatigue while as many as 14 other people did not experience work fatigue, while in the bivariate analysis 2 people (40%) were old and 14 people (56%) were old. who experience job burnout. And it can be explained that from the results of the univariate test itself, it can be concluded that there are as many as 16 people who experience work fatigue, while the remaining 14 people do not experience work fatigue.
