Abstract

Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a provider of internet services provided to users of Android Smartphones. Selection ISPs use Decision Support System (DSS) of Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods as the calculation of the value of the criteria and the resulting system capable of performing the selection of candidates for internet service providers, making it easier for users to choose the right internet service provider and according to his needs. Studies have yielded an accuracy of 95%. Thus indicating that ANP method has been successfully applied to the determination of the ISP recommendations of the high accuracy values obtained.
