Abstract

This research is entitled “ Analysis Of The Implementation Of The Application For Promotion Of Junior High School Teachers At The Education And Culture Office Of Ogan Ilir Regency”. This study aims to determine the implementation of the promotion of junior high school teachers in the Department of Education and Culture of Ogan Ilir regency by using the theory of George R. Terry based on the theory used to be able to see the implementation of the promotion of teachers consists of four dimensions namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. This research uses a qualitative approach method. Research data were collected through interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. Then analyzed using the Atlas. ti application. Based on the data analysis conducted the implementation of teacher promotions carried out by the Ogan Ilir district education and culture office on the dimensions of Planning, Organizing, and Actuating can be said to be good even though it is not optimal. While the supervision can be said to be good. The results of this study recommend that further research be carried out regarding the implementation of the application for the promotion of junior high school teachers to see the success of the implementation of this promotion and make breakthroughs by taking advantage of today’s technological sophistication by immediately implementing web-based applications in the implementation of promotion application.
