Abstract

Vaccination isan intervention that is considered effective to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19. The coverage of Covid-19 vaccination in Bungo Regency is 90 %. This coverage shows that the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination program is still not in accordance with the set target (70%). This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the covid-19 vaccination in Bungo regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study research design. The research was conducted from april to may 2022 in Bungo regency. There were 10 informants involved in this study. There are 3 key informants, Namely the head of the Bungo regency health office, The head of the Bungo regency regional disaster management agency, And the head of the P2P division for the covid-19 vaccination management. Other informants were heads of Puskesmas and sub-district agencies. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data which are then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the vaccination was in accordance with the target, the human resources involved in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination were sufficient, the personnel had received training, the facilities used in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination were adequate, the facilities were in good condition. And the amount is sufficient, the funds used are sourced from the regional revenue and expenditure budget funds and the amount is sufficient. The plans made include targeting data collection, training, planning for vaccine needs and distribution and logistics and other Infrastructure facilities, Scheduling, Technical planning for the implementation of activities, Anticipation of post-immunization adverse events, and follow-up evaluation plans. The implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination is going well but still has obstacles. The evaluation is carried out by the health service and related elements such as the national police, the Camat, the indonesian armed forces, The education office, the regional disaster management agency in coordination with Vaccination officers in the form of daily coverage monitoring and post-vaccination evaluation. The bungo district health office must plan program activities well through accurate and targeted data collection according to regional conditions and the time specified so that the target for implementing the Covid-19 Vaccination can be achieved.While all the resul the of implementation of the covid-19
