Thcre is no precise data in RSMH Palembang about incidence and risk factor of UGIB caused by the use of NSAID. This study was aimed to know the prevalence of upper digestive tract acute bleeding caused by the use of NSAID in RSMH inpatient care Palembang. Methods: This is an observasional descriptive study with population of this study is 14190. One hundred and ninety (190) patients are the UGIB patients and 84 patients fulfilled inclusion criteria.
