Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap insentif pada pegawai outsourcing PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen (KAPM) area Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai outsourcing dengan menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 79 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap insentif pada pegawai outsourcing PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen (KAPM) area Palembang.
