Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun yang menggunakan gadget dalam bermain, untuk mengetahui penggunaan gadget dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang memiliki anak usai 4-5 tahun yang menggunakan gadget di Desa Langkan Kabupaten Banyuasin yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengisian angket dan wawancara secara langsung dengan oran tua. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun yang bermain gadget di Desa Langkan 53% atau sebanyak 8 anak berada dalam kategori berkembeang sesuai harapan (BSH). per indikator menunjukkan bahwa 67% atau sebanyak 10 responden (BSB) dalam kemamapuan menyampaikan informasi, 67% atau sebanyak 10 responden (BSB) dalam kemampuan memahami informasi, 60% atau sebanyak 9 responden (BSH) dalam kemampuan memahami gambar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi bagi orang tua tentang kemampuan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun yang menggunakan gadget.
