Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which the influence of Labor, Capital and Term of Business on Industrial Output of Clay Tiles Industry in Palembang City. The data used in this research is primary data of 2017. Based on these objectives, the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study labor, capital and term of business simultaneously influence to the output of clay tile indsutry in Palembang City. When viewed one by one then the term of business has a positive but not significant impact on output. This is because of the case and breadth of knowledge in producing tile so as to make a new tile entrepreneur is not less competitive against to the old entrepreneurs. While labor and capital affect the output of clay tile industry in Palembang City, which is one of the important factors supporting the growth of this industry.
