Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the development of natural rubber prices for UPPB and Non UPPB farmers in Ogan Ilir Regency. (2) Make the subject matter related to the transmission of natural rubber prices at the farmer level with the market above it (3) Make the subject matter related to what factors affect the price of natural rubber farmers in Ogan Ilir Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 12 program to obtain a comprehensive picture of the transmission of Rubber prices at the UPPB and Non-UPPB farmer levels to Rubber prices at the factory and international levels. The results showed that the price of rubber at the farm, factory and international market experienced price fluctuations, the transmission price of rubber at the UPPB level was 0.77%. Meanwhile, the transmission of Rubber prices at the Non-UPPB level was 0.28%. Factors that affect rubber prices at the UPPB and Non-UPPB levels are international rubber prices, rupiah exchange rates, world oil prices and synthetic rubber prices.
