Abstract
Nowadays, data mining plays important role in an enterprise. It is used to discover knowledge from data. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) also has become emerging concept in the last years. CRM is an enterprise management strategy which centers on customers. Unfortunately, customers are usually data rich but information poor. This paper will review data mining technique which could be applied to represent knowledge value through customer data. Here data mining functions such cross-selling based on association rule is reviewed. This article facilitates knowledge regarding application of data mining technique in CRM.
