Stroke patients who undergo treatment with hypertension disease associated with low control hypertension disease, where is the low control of hypertension disease associated with low knowledge, attitudes and behavior. The purpose of this research is analyzing the relation of knowledge, the attitudes and behavior about hypertension and blood pressure control. Method: Analytic research with cross-sectional study. Sample used the technique of consecutive sampling with population of Post-stroke patient at neurology department Brain and Heart Center Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang from November until December 2013 conducted interview with questionnaire. Based on the number of minimum samples 57 respondents, total 60 respondents were eligible based on the inclusion criteria. Result: Analysis of data used program SPSS inc. Vs. 21.0 (chi-square test, test correlation coefficient contingency). Knowledge was related significantly to the value of systolic blood pressure (p=0,000) with a strong correlation (r=0,683). For diastolic blood pressure found meaningful relationships (p=0,000) with a moderate correlation (r=0,482). Attitude was related significantly to the value of systolic blood pressure (p=0,000) with a strong correlation (r=0,682). For diastolic blood pressure found meaningful relationships (p=0,000) with a moderate correlation (r=0,492). Practice was related significantly to the value of systolic blood pressure (p=0,000) with a strong correlation (r=0,646). For diastolic blood pressure found meaningful relationships (p=0,000) with a weak correlation {r=0,395). Conclusion: There were significant relation between knowledge, attitude and behavior about hypertension and blood pressure control.
