Abstract
The object of this study is to reveal whether price (ticket tariff and service quality of The Bus Rapid Transit BRT Transmusi influence the passengger's loyalty directly or indirectly. The technique of analyzing is using path analysis By using the spss software, data from 80 respondents is calculated. Results imply that price and service quality could affect passengers'satisfaction.Thus Thus satisfaction is the intervening variable. Price could influence satisfaction directly but indirectly to loyalty- Service quality can affect satisfaction and loyalty directly.
