Abstract
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that is still a public health problem and as one of the goals in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The number of case findings in Lubuklinggau City in 2020 amounted to 273 cases decreased compared to 967 cases in 2019. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the application of Information Technology in the field of health became a demand for health institutions in the government sector in carrying out their services to be more efficiently effective in case discovery. This research aims to explore the actions of cadres in Contact Investigation activities through the use of SULI SIMULATOR (Surveilans Linggau Sistem Informasi Penyakit Menular dan Tular Vektor) web application. This study uses qualitative design with participatory action research (PAR) approach to 10 health cadres in the Health Center of The Lubuklinggau City Health Office as subjects in the process of activities through the stages of reconnaissance, planning, action and observation, reflection. The results of this study show that the cadre's understanding is quite good on the understanding, signs of symptoms and causes of tuberculosis, and is able to use this application well in contact investigation activities. The advice gained in the improvement of this application is to add the report input date as well as additional description columns of the initiating narrative of symptoms and trigger factors for better results.
