Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui serta menguji apakah ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan resiliensi pada mantan penyalahguna narkoba di pusat rehabilitasi narkoba kota Palembang. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara Kecerdasan Emosional dengan Resiliensi pada mantan penyalahguna narkoba di tempat rehabilitasi kota Palembang. Subjek penelitian adalah mantan penyalahguna narkoba yang sedang di rehabilitasi, baik rawat inap maupun rawat jalan, sebanyak 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosional dan skala resiliensi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis teknik korelasi pearson 's product moment. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan resiliensi pada mantan penyalahguna narkoba di pusat rehabilitasi kota Palembang dengan nilai signifikansi 0,036 (p <0.005). Nilai korelasi antara kecerdasan emosional dengan resiliensi sebesar 0,210. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang lemah antara kecerdasan emosional dengan resiliensi pada mantan penyalahguna narkoba di pusat rehabilitasi kota Palembang. Dengan demikian hipotesis diterima. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Resiliensi
