Abstract

Pendahuluan: Tumor adalah proliferasi sel abnormal yang bisa bersifat jinak maupun ganas. Tumor kulit merupakan salah satu tumor yang paling umum ditemukan diantara tumor lainnya. Tumor kulit dapat berasal dari bagian epidermis, melanosit serta daerah appendiks kulit. Insiden tumor ganas kulit telah meningkat selama beberapa dekade terakhir tetapi data penelitian terbaru di Indonesia khususnya di kota Palembang yang ditemukan masih sedikit. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk dilakukan sebuah penelitian dengan judul proporsi dan karakteristik klinikopatologi tumor kulit di Departemen Patologi Anatomi RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang periode 2017-2021. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan desain cross sectional untuk mengetahui proporsi dan karakteristik klinikopatologi tumor kulit di Departemen Patologi Anatomi RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang periode 2017-2021. Hasil. Tumor kulit periode 2017-2021 didapatkan sebanyak 534 pasien dan diambil 403 pasien sebagai sampel dengan proporsi setiap tahun bervariasi. Jenis tumor ganas kulit yang paling banyak terjadi adalah KSB (26,3%). Tumor kulit paling banyak dialami oleh perempuan (54,3%) dan kelompok usia 50-59 tahun yaitu (27,3%). Pekerjaan dengan tumor kulit terbanyak yaitu indoor (57,8%). Lokasi lesi umumnya ditemukan pada daerah kepala (67,5 %). Kesimpulan. Kejadian tumor kulit di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang tahun 2017-2021 cenderung mengalami penurunan dan peningkatan yang bervariasi setiap tahunnya.
