Abstract

The research was aim at improving the IPS learning outcomes of fifth grade Students of SD Negeri 22 Indralaya through Think Talk Write Learning Strategy using the Classroom Actions reasearh. It was conducted three cycles and each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques used were written test in the form of 10 multiple choice questions and observation sheet to observe the activities of the students. The results of the study in the first cycle showed mastery learning students 68% with an average value of students amounted to 69. In the second cycle, students learning completeness reached 79% with an average value of student learning outcomes 77. In the third cycle student learning outcomes has risen completeness learn reached 95% with an average value of student learning outcomes 82. the increase also occurred in students in learning activities, from the observation of the first cycle 1 meeting a percentage of student activity by 55%, to 69%. in the first cycle 2. In cycle II meeting 1 meeting increased to 72%, in the second meeting of the second cycle to 79%. At the meeting of the third cycle 1 to 84%, and the third cycle meeting of 2 to 89%. Based on these data we can conclude that by applying learning strategies Think Talk Write to improve learning outcomes IPS fifth grade students of SD Negeri 22 Indralaya
