Abstract

CV.Salsabila MultiJasa is one of a Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on Palembang. The type of bussiness is offering computer equipments and provide to computer installation and services. In sales activity, CV.Salsabila Multijasa has a various customers who come not only from Palembang City and spread to all areas of South Sumatra such as Banyuasin, Prabumulih and Muara Enim. From the geographical background, a new case problems has appear such as difficulty to customers for access information about products. So they must going to the store or find the information from telephone. In addition, CV.Salsabila MultiJasa want to increase their income from product selling and customer convenience in transacting in a way or new media. To solved the problem, then a system has build up with implementation of Framework Of Dynamic Crm in Computer Sales System on Cv.Salsabila Multijasa. The purpose of this research is to applying Framework Of Dynamic CRM method on product sales system and computer equipments on CV.Salsabila MultiJasa which can be used to product selling activities and customer service. This implementation is built on the FAST system development method which is includes 8 stages, there are scope definition, problem analysis, requirement analysis, logical design, decision analysis, physical design, construction and testing, installation and delivery. The results of this research is "Computer Sales System Using the Framework of Dynamic CRM" can be used to improving sales activities, upgrading customer’s loyalty and convenience in transactions. In addition, the results of this system is selling reports and there are facilities where between customers and marketing department of CV.Salsabila MultiJasa to make an online communication.
