Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat keterampilan berpikir tinggi dari siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya pada materi fisika topik dinamika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif tanpa memberikan perlakuan kepada siswa sebelumnya. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple probability sampling (random). Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes tertulis berbentuk pilihan ganda disertai dengan alasan terbuka. Penelitian dilakukan pada semester 2 tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan nilai rata-rata soal berpikir tingkat tinggi yang didapatkan oleh siswa secara keseluruhan sebesar 14,16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir tinggi dari siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya pada materi fisika topik dinamika tergolong sangat rendah.
