Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty at PT Gusti Ayu Bersaudara in Lubuklinggau City. The population in this study amounted to 72 people. Samples were taken using the saturated sample method. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty at PT Gusti Ayu Bersaudara Lubuklinggau
