Abstract

One of the most popular video games is First Person Shooter (FPS), which includes Point Blank. Point Blank is a classic example of the first-person shooter genre. Point Blank is similar in gameplay but differs in minor details. Users of the Point Blank game started to drop over time. As a result, a user experience evaluation is carried out using the Enhanced Cognitive Walkthrough (ECW) method to identify problems in point blank games and as input for developers to develop and update point blank games. The most recent version of Cognitive Walkthrough is Enhanced Cognitive Walkthrough (ECW). In which the main goal is to do a better build methodology to carry out problem identification in the usability of the user interface, as well as to understand the types of problems that exist and the severity of those problems. According to the findings of this study, there are issues with a high level of seriousness and important tasks in the Point Blank game, especially in Problem Type Hidden (H). This study is intended for Point Blank game developers to evaluate the user experience in their games. Keywords: Point Blank Game, Enhanced cognitive walkthrough
