Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi Sumber Daya Manusia PT Pamapersada Nusantara site KPCB. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa penyebaran kuesioner melalui google forms kepada seluruh karyawan divisi Sumber Daya Manusia PT Pamapersada Nusantara site KPCB. Metode sampling jenuh, diperoleh sebanyak 37 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pengembangan kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
