Abstract

Objectives in this research to find out the development of the motorcycle industry in indonesia years 2009-2018, The level of technical efficiency the motorcycle industry in Indonesia using a method of stochastic frontier. Population to research this is a company industry a motorcycle in Indonesia of 2011-2019 , the amount of data observations in this research is the 5 industry company for 9 years. Engineering data collection executed is photographing the data published by the central bureau of statistics the manufacturing industry in Indonesia from 2011 until 2019 about motorcycle industry in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is G Frontier 4.1C. The results of this study indicate that the factors of raw materials, capital and labor have a significant effect on the level of technical efficiency. Production output in the motorcycle industry in Indonesia is efficient and the efficiency that occurs in the motorcycle industry in Indonesia is caused by the maximization of the use of input variables.
