Abstract

This study aims to produce learning media products for basic service techniques in volleyball games based on applications on Android at SMA Negeri 1 Banyuasin III so that students don't get bored in the learning process. This study uses research and development methods (research and development). The subjects in this study were 30 students in the large-scale trial and 10 students in the small-scale trial. The product produced in this study is a learning application, namely "Volleyball App Serve". The results of this study regarding the feasibility of the product as assessed by material experts get a percentage score of 85% in the validation stage 1 and 90% in stage 2 with the feasible category. Then validation by media experts obtained a percentage score of 77.5% in the validation stage 1 and 92.5% in stage 2 with the proper category. In the small-scale trial stage, the product received an assessment of 87.6% and was categorized as "Appropriate" and in the small-scale trial stage, the product received an assessment of 85.2% and was categorized as "Decent". Based on product validation and trials, it shows that the "Volleyball App Serve" application is suitable for use in learning and is suitable for students. This application also helps teachers convey material easily and pleasantly so that students are interested in learning.Keywords: Learning Media, Volleyball service, Android app, Smartphone.
