Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the needs of interactive multimedia Adobe Flash CS6 based on Mobile Learning according to teachers and students of grade VII at SMP Negeri 15 Palembang, (2) design interactive multimedia Adobe Flash CS6 based on Mobile Learning in learning fable texts for grade VII at SMP Negeri 15 Palembang, and (3) describe requirement and alpha test of interactive multimedia Adobe Flash CS6 based on Mobile Learning in developing fable text learning grade VII at SMP Negeri 15 Palembang. The research method used is development research adapted from the development model and multimedia design developed by Alessi & Trollip. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and alpha test sheets. The alpha test was carried out by three experts who assessed the media, materials, and language of the teaching materials made. Based on the results of the alpha test, the media aspect got a total score of 86 with a percentage of 89.58%, then the material aspect got a total score of 107 with a percentage of 81.06%, and the language aspect got a total score of 33 with a percentage of 75%. Based on the results of the alpha test, it can be concluded that Adobe Flash CS6 -based mobile learning in learning fable texts at SMP Negeri 15 Palembang is categorized as very feasible.
