Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kineija sensor getar tipe GP2D12 dalam penerimaan getaran yang ditimbulkan oleh durian yang jatuh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Sumber Rahayu Kecamatan Rambang Kabupaten Muara Enim dan Pusat Bisnis dan Aplikasi Teknologi Palembang pada bulan Oktober 2008 sampai dengan Januari 2009. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian alat secara simulasi dan pengumpulan data secara tabulasi dengan faktor perlakuan tinggi pohon (H), massa (M) dan jarak jatuh dengan sensor getaran (S). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sensor getar tipe GP2D12 dapat menghitung pada kombinasi perlakuan setiap tinggi pohon (H), massa (M) dengan jarak jatuh 0,5 meter (Si).
