Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of Pulau Semambu Tourism Village administrator in improving public welfare at Village 3, Pulau Semambu Village, North Indralaya District. This study uses a qualitative research and the metgod used is descriptive. The data collection technique in this research was purposive sampling with 10 informants. Data collection techniques in this research use interview, documentation and observation techniques. The validity test in this research use the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The analysis technique used in this research includes data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that Pulau Semambu Tourism Village administrator have shown indicators in the form of awareness, capacitation, and empowerment in improving Village Pulau Semambu public welfare.
