Abstract
This study aims to analyze whether organizational commitment can be an indirect influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data collected in the form of a questionnaire containing 40 question items. The sample used in this study was 55 respondents, who were the entire population of the ASN of the South Sumatra Provincial Trade Office, and used a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using path analysis and the Sobel test is processed with SPSS 26.0 software. The results showed that organizational culture variables negatively and insignificantly affect employee performance through organizational commitment. Leadership variables negatively and insignificantly affect employee performance through organizational commitment.
