KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA Skripsi, November 2022 Sherly Octavela FAKTOR-FAKTOR RISIKO YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KELELAHAN KERJA PADA KURIR EKSPEDISI J&T EXPRESS DI KOTA PRABUMULIH TAHUN 2022 xiv + 66 halaman + 19 tabel + 3 gambar + 8 lampiran ABSTRAK Kelelahan kerja merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering kali diabaikan dan dapat meningkatkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Kurir pengantar merupakan salah satu pekerja yang berisiko mengalami kelelahan, terutama di masa pandemik Covid-19 dimana pemesanan e-commerce semakin meningkat dikarenakan pemberlakuan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) sehingga kebutuhan akan layanan kurir pun meningkat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja pada kurir ekspedisi J&T Express di Kota Prabumulih. Desain studi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kurir J&T Express Prabumulih sebanyak 43 orang. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kelelahan kerja yang diukur dengan menggunakan Reaction Timer Test,sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah status gizi, kualitas tidur, kebiasaan merokok, masa kerja, waktu kerja, dan beban kerja dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) dan pengukuran langsung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi�square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga variabel independen yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja yaitu kualitas tidur (ρ-value = 0,000), waktu kerja (ρ�value=0,014), dan beban kerja (ρ-value=0,030). Tidak ada hubungan antara status gizi (ρ-value=0,295), kebiasaan merokok (ρ-value=0,294), dan masa kerja (ρ�value=0,680) terhadap kelelahan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur, waktu kerja, dan beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi, kebiasaan merokok, dan masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja. Delivery couriers are one of the workers who are at risk of experiencing fatigue, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic where e�commerce orders are increasing due to the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) so that the need for courier services has increased. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk factors associated with work fatigue on J&T Express expedition couriers in Prabumulih City. The study design used in this study was cross sectional. The sample in this study was 43 J&T Express Prabumulih couriers. The dependent variables in this study were work fatigue measured using the Reaction Timer Test, while the independent variables in this study were nutritional status, sleep quality, smoking habits, length of work,working time, and workload using questionnaires, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaires and direct measurements. Based on the results of bivariate analysis using chi-square test, it was shown that there were three independent variables related to work fatigue, namely sleep quality (ρ-value = 0.000), working time (ρ-value = 0.014), and workload (ρ-value = 0.030). There was no association between nutritional status (ρ value=0,295), smoking habit (ρ�value=0.294), and length of service (ρ value=0.680) to work fatigue. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between sleep quality, working time, and workload with work fatigue.
