Abstract

Karsinoma endometrium adalah proliferasi sel abnormal yang bersifat malignan pada lapisan endometrium, yaitu lapisan terdalam uterus. Karsinoma ini menempati urutan kedua dari seluruh kanker ginekologi, dan peringkat pertama dari seluruh kanker di uterus. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sebaran pasien karsinoma endometrium di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang baik secara sosiodemografi maupun secara klinikopatologi. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional dengan pengumpulan sampel secara total sampling sebanyak 37 sampel pada periode 2008-2018 yang diperoleh dari Tim Registrasi Kanker di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Terdapat sebanyak 37 sampel yang diteliti, dengan mayoritas sampel berusia 20-59 tahun (81,1%), berstatus menikah (83,8%), berprofesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga (40,5%), dan tinggal di kota Palembang (73%). Secara histopatologi yang paling banyak ditemui adalah subtipe adenokarsinoma endometrioid (62,2%), dan karsinoma derajat G3 (18,9%). Mayoritas pasien memiliki karsinoma stadium 1 (27%) dan tidak terdapat metastasis (83,8%).
