Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resources, technology utilization, and monitoring of local finance to the timeliness of financial reporting SKPD ogan Ilir district simultaneously and partially. This type of research is quantitative research. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The type of data in this study is the primary data. And data processing using SPSS software version 23. The result of this study are simultaneously the qualily of human resources, technology ultilization and financial control region significantly affect the timeless of financial reporting of the district government ogan Ilir. But other result partially utilization of technology does not have a significant effect on the future financial reporting time of local government ogan Ilir.
