Abstract

The title of this research is "Social Network Analysis in Disseminating Information on Fuel Price Increases on Social Media Twitter". The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out the interactions of influential users on social media Twitter using the Social Network Analysis approach. In this study, applying the visualization method of the graph in the form of a directed graph, then calculating the value of influential actors or accounts in the network using degree centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, and eigenvector centrality. The results of the Social Network Analysis from this study show that qaillaasyiqah and hnurwahid are the most influential accounts in disseminating information on fuel price hikes on the Twitter platform with the top results. These influential actors can work together with the government regarding the dissemination of useful information for the people of Indonesia.
