Abstract
“HOTS-based Indonesian Narrative Reading Materials for the Tenth Grade Students” is designed to meet the students’ needs for interesting reading materials which are HOTSbased from Indonesia. The purposes are to introduce, facilitate, and attract the students of Senior High School, to understand the English written language, and to gain local content knowledge. It is also to preserve one of the potentials of local values that supports the establishment of regional and national development in facing the global challenges.
