Abstract

This study aims to examine whether accounting income and cash flows which are cash flows from operating activities, cash flows from investing activities and cash flows from financing activities had an effect against stock return. The population of this research are the property and real estate sector which companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (/DX) since 2012-2016 by 49 companies. This research used purposive sampling method to get the sample. The results of research shows that accounting income, cash flows from operating activities, cash flows from investing activities, and cash flows from financing activities, had no effect on stock return.
