Abstract

Usaha untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata di kawasan Ribang Kemambang sejalan dengan usaha pemerintah untuk memberdayakan potensi Kopi Baghi yang menjadi salah satu komoditas penting di Kabupaten Lahat. Hal ini diwujudkan dengan merencanakan pembangunan museum kopi di kawasan Taman Ribang Kemambang. Hal ini diharapkan dapat menarik kembali minat masyarakat untuk menjadikan kawasan Ribang Kemambang sebagai destinasi pilihan wisata. Usaha ini juga diharapkan dapat menyerap banyak sumber daya manusia untuk diberdayakan dan mengembangkan potensi alam yang ada di Kabupaten Lahat serta memberi tambahan pemasukan bagi pendapatan daerah. Lokasi pembangunan ini mengikuti rencana dari pihak Bappeda Kab. Lahat, yaitu di area konservasi rumah baghi di dalam kawasan Taman Ribang Kemambang. Kondisi fisik yang ada di tapak perancangan adalah kontur tapak yang cukup ekstrem namun dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai daya tarik dan terdapat pemandangan danau yang akan menjadi titik akhir alur pengunjung. Terdapat tiga nilai yang diangkat dalam perancangan bangunan ini. nilai pertama adalah nilai tradisional yang diangkat dari representasi Rumah Baghi dalam tapak. Nilai kedua adalah modern yang kekinian untuk menarik minat pengunjung. Nilai ketiga adalah penghubung cerita yang disajikan dalam tiap massa bangunan. Efforts to develop tourism potential in the Ribang Kemambang area are in line with the government's efforts to empower the potential of Baghi Coffee which is one of the important commodities in Lahat Regency. This is realized by planning to build a coffee museum in the Ribang Kemambang Park area. This is expected to attract public interest in making the Ribang Kemambang area a tourist destination of choice. This business is also expected to be able to absorb a lot of human resources to be empowered and develop the natural potential that exists in Lahat Regency and provide additional income for regional income. The location of this development follows the plan from the Bappeda Kab. Lahat, namely in the conservation area of Baghi's house in the Ribang Kemambang Park area. The physical conditions on the design site are the site contours which are quite extreme but can be used as an attraction and there is a view of the lake which will be the end point of the visitor flow. There are three values raised in the design of this building. the first value is the traditional value that is lifted from the representation of Rumah Baghi on the site. The second value is contemporary modernity to attract visitors. The third value is the story link presented in each building mass.
