Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ANALISIS PUTUSAN HAKIM TERHADAP PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA PEMBUNUHAN BERENCANA YANG DILAKUKAN BERSAMA – SAMA (Studi Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Nomor 1358/PID.B/2014/PN.JKT.PST dan Nomor 490/Pid.B/2017/PN.Jkt.Tim)”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif yang menggunakan data berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, keputusan pengadilan, teori hukum, dan dapat juga berupa doktrin para sarjana. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada rumusan masalah untuk melihat pertimbangan dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri yang menyatakan terdakwa secara bersama-sama melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan yang direncanakan dalam Putusan Pengadilan Nomor 1358/PID.B/2014/PN.JKT.PST dan Putusan Pengadilan Nomor 490/PID.B/2017/PN.Jkt.Tim serta mengetahui tujuan pemidanaan dari penjatuhan pidana pembunuhan berencana yang dilakukan bersama-sama.
