Abstract
This research aimed to find out and analyze how much the influence of financial incentives on the performance of non governmental employees of the Kayuagung Regional General Hospital (RSUD) totaling 298 people. The sampling technique in this study uses stratified random sampling technique, which is stratified or level-based sampling by dividing certain groups. Thus the sample in this study were 74 non-governmental employees of the Kayuagung Regional General Hospital (RSUD). This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as technical data analysis. The results of the study indicate that work 66.6% on the performance of non governmental employees and the remaining 33.4% were influenced by factors outside the research
