Abstract
Water is one of the basic needs for every living thing such as humans, animals and plants. The existence of clean water will greatly affect all living things. With the development of technology, it will certainly make it easier for us to know the quality of water that is good and suitable for use. The purpose of this research is to design a prototype using the Internet of Things (IoT) system in monitoring water quality. This design uses several components such as NodeMCU ESP32, pH Meter Sensor, TDS Meter Sensor, LCD and Telegram application. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, all components work well. When the pH Meter Sensor and TDS Meter Sensor get input the results from the reading or output the sensor are immediately displayed on the LCD and the Telegram Application. Sensor measurements have an average error with a percentage of 2.96% for the TDS Meter Sensor and 3.61% for the pH Meter Sensor. All data read by the sensor is displayed on the LCD and sent via the Telegram Application.
