Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah dan Alokasi Belanja Daerah Terhadap IPM (Studi Kasus Kabupaten OKI Periode Tahun 2011- 2020). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berbentuk time series. Diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan periode tahun 2011- 2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kemandirian keuangan daerah dan alokasi belanja daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Kabupaten OKI. Secara parsial, variabel kemandirian keuangan daerah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Kabupaten OKI periode tahun 2011-2020. Dan variabel alokasi belanja daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Kabupaten OKI periode tahun 2011-2020.
