Abstract
The aims of this study is to analyze the effect of the recruitment process and selection on employee performance at PT Muara Dua Palembang. This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this study is primary data which obtained by questionnaire. The population in this study were 60 employees of PT Muara Dua Palembang. A sample of 60 people with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially, the recruitment process has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and selection has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the recruitment and selection processes have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
